BSW Reboot is curating a thought-provoking slate of programming powered by BootSector and our desire to celebrate the diverse array of entrepreneurship flourishing in WNY. A wide range of experiences are being assembled to educate, inspire, and connect Buffalo’s community of dreamers, doers, and makers with the community at large.

Elias is a U.S. Navy veteran, founder of Kubed Root, an indoor urban farm which he is currently converting into an indoor community garden, and president of IF (indoor farming for) Kids, a non profit aiming to teach children about indoor agriculture but through a STEM perspective. 
He is an advocate for personal cultivation facilities and seeks to change the discriminatory home grow cannabis regulations.
Washington State University with a bachelors in Business and later received his Masters in International Business from D’Youville College.
